What you can request
- Notice of the purposes of use of retained personal information
- Disclosure of retained personal information (download of your own data)
- Correction, addition, or deletion of personal information
- Suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties
- Confirmation of data deletion when an account is deleted
Procedures you can complete yourself
You can perform the following directly from the app’s settings screen.
- Export your own data (equivalent to a disclosure request)
- Delete your account (equivalent to an erasure request; deletion is executed after a 24-hour grace period following the request)
How to request by inquiry
Contact support@diotrans.app with the information needed to verify your identity and the details of your request. Hours are 9:00–17:00 (JST).
- Identity verification: please apply from the email address registered with DioTrans. If you apply from a different address, we will ask you to verify your identity separately.
- Response time: we respond within 30 days from receipt of the request in principle. If an extension is needed, we will explain the reason.
- Fees: free of charge.
Information that cannot be deleted
The following information is retained for a certain period for legal retention obligations, dispute handling, and security responses.
- Anonymized audit logs (deleted within 2 years after the contract ends)
- Abuse report records (deleted within 2 years after handling is complete)
- Database backups (D1 Time Travel keeps recovery points for the last 30 days on Cloudflare’s side)
- Information whose retention is required by law
